We are celebrating our anniversary: 5 years of Engfer Consulting!
During this time, I have been able to experience, learn and achieve a lot as an entrepreneur.
My top 3 learnings and experiences of the last 5 years:
5 years of experience have shown me: Loyalty pays off.
Loyalty, partnership and honesty have developed into sustainable, deep and trust-based relationships. This applies equally to relationships with clients and with candidates.
There is an increasing pace of change that I have observed, especially in recruiting processes.
Partly due to digitalization and partly due to increased efficiency, the speed of change in companies has also increased.
Processes function faster, information is exchanged to a greater extent, and a high demand for speed and quality has become established.
▶️ Work-life balance
There is a changed sense of work-life balance.
There is a clear focus and also an increased acceptance of work-life balance.
Just a few years ago, I was a classic workaholic. I was conducting interviews at 10 p.m. in the evening and interacting with companies.
That has changed fundamentally.
Neither companies nor candidates demand or encourage this way of working anymore. Clear boundaries are set and accepted here.
This is a very positive change! People are more aware of their lifetime and the quality of it.
